The Problem
The client relied on WhatsApp orders and was often overwhelmed by answering repetitive questions regarding vehicle availability and rental prices.
The Solution
Built an online information system and catalog on a custom WordPress template, enabling potential renters to view the fleet, check prices, and get in touch directly through the website. Developed over one semester as part of the TPLM coursework track and now live in production use.
